General/Overview

Premo is a marketplace where you can subscribe to access premium feeds on social media. We are currently only on Twitter and Instagram, but expanding to other networks soon.
Browse our community to find the best premium content available online. When you find what you’re looking for, process a quick payment, and we will automatically add you as a follower of the premium feed with your existing social media account. It’s that simple!

For Twitter creator content, tweets will show up in your regular feed as if a private Twitter account accepted your follow (which is essentially what happened). For Instagram creator content, you will see posts and stories in your regular Instagram feed. After subscribing, you should be able to see the premium content within a short period of time. If you've already subscribed, please let us know if you can't see the creator's content within a few hours and we'll look into it further!
We work with our content providers to define exactly what types of content would be most valuable to our users. In general, you can expect exclusive insights from true experts on a more frequent basis.

Social Accounts & Linking

No. While we believe in the power of social media, we are not directly affiliated with any one network. This allows us to build an experience across all of the platforms you use. We are excited to partner with individual networks in the future to build even more seamless experiences!
For now, we are only available on Twitter and Instagram. We have plans to expand to many more networks and distribution platforms in the coming months. Let us know if you have a network that you think would be especially relevant!
You can log in either through the "Get Started" button, or when prompted when you hit "Purchase" you will be asked to log in. You can use "Login With Twitter" to use your Twitter credentials to signup. We will not see your credentials on our end, but you will have to authorize Premo in the next window by entering your Twitter username and password.
You can log in either through the "Get Started" button, or when prompted when you hit "Purchase" you will be asked to log in to Instagram and request the creator outside of Premo. A new window will open to enable you to submit a follow request, and upon successful payment on Premo, your request will be accepted and you’ll gain access to the private feed directly on Instagram. As with Twitter, we will not see your Instagram credentials on our end, but you will have to authorize Premo in the next window by entering your Instagram username and password.
Don't worry — Premo does not post on Twitter on your behalf. We use the Twitter API, which only has three permission levels: read only, read/write, or read/write/access DMs. We use the read/write level in order to be able to send a follow request to Creators on your behalf. By default, Twitter displays everything else we could access with that permission level when you log in. Premo will do the following with your Twitter account: Add your profile photo to your Premo account; Store your handle, email, and profile URL in a secure database; Send a follower request to Creators you choose to follow; and Break friendship (unfollow) Creators you choose to unsubscribe from. NOTE: Premo willnever do the following with your Twitter account: Post Tweets from your account without your explicit permission (you may share something from Premo in the future); Follow users from your account that you have not explicitly subscribed to in our marketplace; Make any updates to your profile whatsoever; and Use your follower list for any kind of targeting, marketing, or resale. Don't worry — Premo does not post on Instagram on your behalf. We use the Instagram API “Basic” permissions for login and accepting your follow request after payment and remove you if you cancel. This level allows us to read your profile and media. This is why you need to manually hit follow before purchasing an Instagram feed. Please see our full terms here: https://premosocial.com/terms

Payment

Each creator sets their own pricing for subscriptions, and you should be able to see the cost on the creator's profile page. If there is a discount for annual or monthly subscriptions you will see it there as well. Each subscription is a separate charge. However we do plan to offer bundled subscriptions at some point in the future. At their discretion, our creators can offer coupons for discounts or free month trials. We do not have any site-wide coupons at this time.
Hi there! Thanks for your interest in Premo! We use Stripe.com as our payment processor, which handles all of the payment security. You can update your payment information from your account page anytime at https://premosocial.com/account. This should be effective immediately, so please let us know if this doesn’t work for you.
Currently we only accept major credit cards through Stripe. We are working to offer PayPal and other forms of payment in the future.
While each creator has the opportunity to offer free trials and subscription discounts, this is at each individual creator's discretion. Take a look at the creator you are interested in to see if they have any new user promotions.
All of our creators have complete control over the coupons that they offer. If and when a creator chooses to offer a coupon, they usually post it on their other channels (public social feeds, website, email, etc.) We currently do not have any site-wide coupons.
Sorry to hear that! Please provide the email and handle that you used to attempt the purchase and give a brief summary of the issue that you're having with payment (i.e. were you in the checkout cart and had an issue there, were you able to submit and got an error or it did not go through?)
If you received an "Error 0" when paying with your card, it may have be flagged by our payment processor. Please try a different card or provide more information along with your email address.

You can link a private Instagram account in your Premo profile settings at https://premosocial.com/account by signing into your Instagram account with your credentials. This will enable easier following of creator content across the platform.

Cancellation & Errors

Before you subscribe, you can check out a few top tweets from the premium feed. If you are disappointed with your experience, simply cancel your subscription in one click.
You can cancel a subscription at any time without penalty. Once you cancel, we will immediately halt any charges to your credit card. You will retain access to the content for the remainder of the subscription period. You can manage your subscriptions from your account page - https://premosocial.com/account

Please double check that you are logged into Instagram, have connected it in your account settings (https://premosocial.com/account) and have successfully requested to follow the desired creator before purchase.
Double check that you are logged into Instagram, have connected it in your account (https://premosocial.com/account) and successfully requested to follow the desired creator. If you have accidentally or intentionally unfollowed a creator on Instagram, you’ll lose access to their content; the API connection will be broken even if your subscription is still paid and active on Premo. If this happens, you’ll need to submit a new request and reach out to us at support@premosocial.com so we can help restore your access.
